There are those days when you want to listen to a certain song, but either don’t own a copy of the song, or just don’t have your iPod on you. Thankfully, users on YouTube are usually kind enough to share their collection with us via videos featuring static images with said music over top. The only drawback to this method is portability. What if you want to take that song with you? If you don’t own an iPhone, how else are you going to get that music on the go?

Watching The Jackal with my dad right now. Bruce Willis is controlling a long range gun with a remote controlling Laptop. I’ve taken a fancy for the aluminum laptop he has. I would love to have something like that, so here’s an idea for it. It’ll be a standard case mod. I.E. gut laptop, and put it in side a metal case. Cut slits in case for cooling and all that jazz. It’s the right case that’s the hardest thing to find. The cheapest metal suit cases I found were like $100 each. Well, duh, why not a gun case?

I found a pretty good, cheap, Pistol Case. It’s a clearance item from some aluminum specializing website. I wouldn’t mind buying it, but I think I’m going to spend that $30 on something else.

I just thought of this yesterday. I think it’s a really cool idea: You’d have an animated belt buckle playing whatever animation you wanted, or you could just have one that showed a picture of a belt buckle; a Virtual belt buckle, if you will.

Marketability?
Yea, there are a lot of geeks and nerds who are being payed in the 6 figure salary. I’m sure that, if their fashion sense is low (like mine), or if their ability to withstand social pressure is high, they’d be lining up days ahead for a pre-order for one of these bad boys.

Feasibility?
It’s possible. I mean, they have NES Controller Belts already in the market. Or, if that $30 price tag is too steep, you can always build your own.
